Join Tim Pelot (USOPC, Men’s Volleyball, Women’s Water Polo) as he takes us through his experience using force progressions with upper extremity dominant athletes.

Tim Pelot, Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach for the United States Olympic Committee, has been involved with the preparation of national team athletes for 16 years and he has been in his current role since 2010.
He has been involved in strength and conditioning for 26 years, serving coaches and athletes in the collegiate, professional, and Olympic settings. He has assisted athletes and coaches at all 3 US Olympic Training Centers and has helped prepare athletes for both the 2012 London Olympic Games, the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. He has served on Team USA’s delegation for all of these Olympics. He has played a part in 4 Olympic Gold Medals, 1 Olympic Silver Medals, and 3 Olympic Bronze Medals.
Tim has a master’s degree in sports physiology from the university of West Florida, A Leadership in Sport certificate from Kellogg School of Management, via Northwestern University an MBA with a concentration in data analytics and business intelligence from DeVry University. He currently is responsible for the physical preparations for the following national teams: Men’s Indoor Volleyball and Women’s Waterpolo.
