Canadian Strength and Conditioning Professional Level 3

The Certified Strength and Conditioning Professional (CSCP) Level 3 designation recognizes a strength and conditioning coach who has amassed 20 years of experience, holds a graduate degree, and has passed on their knowledge to others within the field.

To achieve the CSCP Level 3 designation, candidates must have met the minimum knowledge requirements set forth below. This certification signifies that the coach has demonstrated exceptional knowledge and understanding of strength and conditioning, while disseminating information to the broader strength and conditioning community.

Requirements

  • CSCA Member with current CSCP2 status
  • 20 years of professional experience
  • Graduate degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science OR a closely related program

  • History of conference presentations, article submissions OR knowledge dissemination

  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • NCCP Safe Sport Training Completion
  • NCCP Making Ethical Decisions Course Completion
  • Current Professional Liability Insurance
